About FrancineHi, my name is Francine Legault, I am a professional realtor specializing in residential properties in Greater Vancouver. I am part of the Macdonald Realty team and have been in professional sales for over 20 years. My commitment to my clients and fellow realtors is: "Professional Service with a Personal Touch". I was born and raised in Quebec (speak English and French fluently and some Spanish) and moved to the Lower Mainland in 1979. Since then, I have lived in Richmond, Cloverdale, Vancouver, Burnaby, North Delta and on the North Shore. For the last 20 years, I have made my home in North Vancouver. I have worked in sales for almost two decades. I have relevant experience and expertise in customer service, negotiating, marketing, and in building lasting relationships with my clients. As a sales professional I have learned one fundamental truth - you have to understand people on a personal level or you cannot help them get what they want. Buying or selling a home comes with a certain amount of anxiety. My job is to help clients understand the process and to help them manage the stress involved. While everyone is different, the more a client understands the process, the more they will be in control; and, in fact, the more pleasant their actual experience will be.
